Items from this web site are hand carved from natural jade stones. Natural jade stones have unique characteristics and hand carved items will have slight imperfections but they are not considered to be flaws.

In fact, there is a Chinese saying "Ten jade, nine have jade lines". Natural jade stones often have jade root or hairline root, and they are not considered cracks. It is only considered to be a crack when you can feel that it runs up and down the width of the bangle. Jade pieces are hand carved, so there are always some minor imperfection, but this is part of the beauty of owning a unique hand carved jade item.

Nevertheless, we will always provide description as accurately as possible.
